    ETV6/ARNT Fusion Protein

    A fusion protein encoded by the ETV6/ARNT fusion gene. This protein is comprised of the N-terminal half of the transcription factor ETV6 protein, including the pointed domain, followed by all but the first 8 amino acids of the aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator protein.
