    HOXA10 wt Allele

    Human HOXA10 wild-type allele is located within 7p15-p14 and is approximately 10 kb in length. This allele, which encodes homeobox protein Hox-A10, is involved in both the modulation of the transcriptional activity of RNA Polymerase II and the development of the anterio-posterior axis.
