    Ibalizumab

    A humanized monoclonal antibody against CD4, with anti-human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) activity. Ibalizumab binds to CD4, the primary receptor for HIV, thereby inhibiting HIV entry into CD4-positive T-cells. This leads to a reduction in viral load. (NCI Thesaurus)
