    Inverted Urothelial Papilloma

    An endophytic lesion in the urinary tract which shares several morphologic features with urothelial papilloma. This lesion may recur after complete excision. Transitional cell carcinomas may arise within inverted urothelial papillomas. -- 2003 (NCI Thesaurus)
