    Malignant Gastrinoma

    A gastrin-producing neuroendocrine tumor. It is characterized by inappropriate secretion of gastrin and associated with Zollinger Ellison syndrome. It displays vascular invasion and metastasizes to other anatomic sites. (NCI Thesaurus)
