    Mannomustine

    A nitrogen mustard derivative that cross-links with DNA, causing inhibition of DNA synthesis. It may be used to treat certain cancers, but may cause a higher incidence of leukemia and a dose-related incidence of lung tumors in animals. (NCI Thesaurus)
