    MLF1 wt Allele

    Human MLF1 wild-type allele is located in the vicinity of 3q25.1 and is approximately 36 kb in length. This allele, which encodes myeloid leukemia factor 1 protein, is involved in both cell cycle arrest and the regulation of transcription.
