    Ovarian Leydig Cell Tumor

    A rare, benign steroid tumor that arises from the ovary and is composed of Leydig cells that contain Reinke crystals. It usually affects postmenopausal women and in most cases, is associated with androgenic manifestations. (NCI Thesaurus)
