    Pancreatic Carcinoma with Mixed Differentiation

    A rare carcinoma with a poor prognosis, characterized by the presence of a mixture of exocrine and neuroendocrine malignant epithelial cells in both the pancreas and metastatic sites. Symptoms include jaundice, abdominal pain, and weight loss. (NCI Thesaurus)
