    RUNX1/ZNF687 Fusion Gene

A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal translocation t(1;21)(q21;q22) which fuses the first 3 exons of the RUNX1 gene to exon 6 of the ZNF687 gene. This rearrangement is associated with one case of acute myeloid leukemia. (NCI Thesaurus)
