    Shy-Drager Syndrome

    A rare, progressive neurodegenerative disorder affecting the autonomic functions. It is manifested with masked facial appearance or reduced ability to show facial expression, staring, chewing difficulties, impotence, sleep abnormalities, myalgias, muscle rigidity, movement abnormalities, tremors, voice and speech changes, depression, and dementia.
