    Carteolol

    A synthetic quinolinone derivative and nonselective beta-adrenoceptor blocking agent with anti-glaucoma activity. Upon topical administration to the eye, carteolol decreases aqueous humor production, thereby reducing intraocular pressure (IOP). (NCI Thesaurus)
