    RARA/ZBTB16 Fusion Protein

    A fusion protein encoded by the RARA/ZBTB16 fusion gene. This protein is comprised of the N-terminal transcriptional activation domain of the retinoic acid receptor alpha protein fused to the seven C-terminal zinc fingers of zinc finger and BTB domain-containing protein 16. (NCI Thesaurus)
